Special Valuation Branch (SVB)
  • Assistance in SVB proceedings which includes preparation of the submissions along with representation in the hearings scheduled before the authorities up to the release of the Order/ Closure Letter. Assistance provided in over 70 SVB Proceedings.
  • Assistance in Renewal of previous SVB Orders or representing a change in the circumstance surrounding the sale of imported goods by the foreign supplier to related Importer
  • We cover Customs House at New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore at the moment
Advisory Services
  • Levy of Customs duty and advisory on the procedure for import into and export out of India along with determination of the applicability of the provisions towards ad-valorem rate of duty and abatements provided in the law

  • Advice on valuation mechanism when goods are to be imported keeping in mind the principle of arm’s length pricing and relationship between the parties

Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) programme
  • Reviewing the current level of security standards and other required areas for obtaining AEO status
  • Assistance in collating the information and documents for filing any of the three Tier certificate application
  • Preparation of the 9 highly technical Annexures which are mandatory requirement for filling the application
  • Assistance during physical verification by AEO Authorities
  • Obtaining the AEO Certification on a best effort basis
  • Successfully obtained AEO Certification under Tier 1 and Tier 2 Categories
Registration & License
